Can I use this voucher anywhere in Dublin City?
No, only businesses listed on this website - full list can be seen on our Where to Redeem page.
What if my purchase is less than my voucher value?
The business will take the exact amount of your purchase from your Gift Voucher by scanning the QR code, leaving the remaining balance on your gift voucher
What if my purchase is more than my voucher value?
Simply add the outstanding difference using cash or credit/debit card.
What if my voucher expires?
Vouchers are valid for 5 years from date of issue. Please contact the DublinTown office by emailing email info@DublinTown.ie or call 01 633 4680 and you'll be instructed to return the voucher to receive an updated voucher.
Can I get a digital voucher emailed to me?
Yes, DublinTown recently updated its gift voucher system. Vouchers are now QR code gift vouchers that can be scanned by participating businesses.
When you purchase, the gift voucher can be emailed to you or directly to the person you are gifting it to with a downloadable PDF.
Can I use this voucher in suburban locations of businesses listed on this website?
No, only city centre locations. E.g. TGI Friday's is listed on this website, however your voucher is only accepted in the two city centre outlets. Sam's Barbers is listed on this website, the voucher can only be used in the 2 city centre Sam's Barbers locations. Fallon & Byrne is listed on this website, however your voucher is only accepted in the restaurant & wine cellar of the Exchequer Street outlet.
Its is advised to always check with the businesses before making a purchase or booking.
